We’ve been celebrating Burn’s Night with friends for many years, even if we’re not Scottish, it’s a great chance to cheer up January every year. In 2020 we decided to hold Burn’s Night for ourselves, and fueled by the Whisky chaser (essential with the Haggis course), we thought wouldn’t it be great to have themed dinners for all the patron saints throughout the year?

So here we are – the result is 10 menus with dishes anyone can cook at home, all inspired and loosely themed on the days on which the Saints are recognised. You’ll find 30 recipes that offer inspiration for Valentine, David, Patrick and George.

But what about the sinners and others? We also have menus perfect for U.S. Independence Day, Halloween and Swiss National Day. We leave it to you to decide who are the sinners among that lot.
